About a week ago, we published a blog article explaining how web services could be tested on desktop and laptops. Today, we complement that article with a screencast. It illustrates how we, given a vanilla Debian VirtualBox machine, sets up a client configuration, port forwarding, enables automatic login, installs the OpenSSH server, and then proceeds to download the Selenium server JAR and run the tm-examples/eGov/bolzano test suite through two clients. The video also show where the test XML metadata can be found, as well as the test report itself.
More details on how to set up tm-vmm clients can be found in our user guide.
